I recently gave a talk to a college class that began with each member of the class introducing himself or herselfwhich, in todays academy, means stating ones name and preferred pronouns. (As best I could tell, they all got their pronouns right.) I had assumed this type of silliness was limited to college campuses, but no. The Minnesota Sun reports: Minneapolis Police Receive Mandatory Training on Gender Pronouns.

They are poop, poop, smelly scumbag.
In Hungarian, the same word is used for he, she, and it. Its an accented letter o. Gender must be inferred by the rest of the sentence. So to avoid controversy, I suggest that we do the same as the Hungarians. Maybe we should just use o.
So He told her about it. becomes O told o about o.
Why do I always have to think of everything?
I wonder what qualifies anyone to dictate a change to the language.
I know words are added from time to time, but people usually take up those changes voluntarily or of some necessity, not because they are dictated to.
Just checked out the clip. Will save for later, looks good, Thanx for posting.
I once heard someone use the pronoun zir. I started looking around the room and the woman asked why I was doing that. I told her I was looking out for Zur and the Kodan Armada from “The Last Starfighter.” She wasn’t too happy about it.

You just have to be a leftist. Oops! I meant to say a progressive. Thats another word the left has queered. Oops, again! I dont think I can use queered that way anymore.
Anyway, if youre a leftist can can make any old silly demand. And no one will question it, or push back. Its just the way America rolls these days.
I take the pessimistic view that "ze" and "hirz" will eventually be accepted into our language and incorporated into K-12 English curricula. Just as "BCE" (before the Communist era) and "CE" (Communist era) are rapidly replacing "BC" and "AD" in historical dating.
At first you might not notice and wonder who the other characters are talking about. Then it's a little disturbing. But nobody slips up and says "her" (or "him" or makes a little joke about "it" or "zi" or "thir"). It's like a film set in the 19th century in which nobody makes the obvious reference to some character's race that people would have made all the time back then.
Kind of makes one wonder why they would ever have any faith or belief in any police officer if they can’t figure out their very own Sex!!
Use Smurf.
These are all third person pronouns. They are used when speaking ABOUT the person in question, not in speaking to him/her/it/zem.
It is completely unacceptable to subject people to penalties for not using a word that someone likes. This is not a matter for law enforcement. They have succeeded in imposing their will on us normal people. They have won.
Does this mean those golden oldies need to be renamed? Zir’s a Rebel, Zhe Loves You, To Zim With Love, Walk Like a Zhe, etc
I would simply refer to those “pronoun prissies” as apparently sentient blobs of protoplasm. Oh, wait! That might upset the trans terrestrial community.
Just call everything an “it.” Worked for Clinton.

Foretells how they will govern if they ever get their hands on the helm again.
They will govern as dictators do, by mandate under punishment of law.
Not as a free country where you don't have to use the correct pronoun if you don't want to.
I think the most applicable pronoun for these folks is “asshole”.
My personal pronouns are qxittre, sniyoo9, and xixzzert6, and if you mispronounce any of them, you will be guilty of ThoughtCrime and HateSpeech.
You have been warned.
I've seen the term "Latinx" in the student newspaper at California State University, Fullerton. I think it means Latino, but then how do you pronounce it? Do you say it, lay-tinks, lattinks, Latin-X"??
