My thoughts: I think Biden has gotten by on his good old boy handshaking & banter, he does not appear able to answer questions and becomes easily confused, he is developing some form of dementia/Alzheimer’s and someone who cares should step in and do an intervention.
He used the system he rails about for personal gains.
I wonder if the application actually asks whether one is documented or not, or merely asks for a SS number - if even that.

Yes. High level government employees often seem to have one basic job skill — they bully people. You can see it clearly in Hillary and in Biden. Do they know anything? Can they do anything? Do they offer any real solutions? No. They just throw their weight around and make people do stuff. Taypayer money is a nice carrot they can dangle in front of people. And if that doesn’t work, there are various threats that can be made.
This what you get when you are a lifetime [crooked] politician that personally is not required to abide by the laws we peons must comply with, and whose role was Hussein 0bama's "Step and Fetch It" and to provide insurance against removal because that no matter how bad or incompetent 0bama was, Biden would be worse.
