A gin company is not a competitor to an exercise bike company. We see actors and actresses jumping to DIRECT competitors every so often. For instance, the Verizon "Can you hear me?" guy is now pitching for Sprint. In the '70s, one of the Miller Lite ex-athletes switched over to A-B Natural Light for advertisements, that one with a not to oblique reference to his former beer.
What gets me about the ad is that the actress is seen drinking on it. That used to be taboo.

There’s usually exclusion from working for competition. But gin isn’t competing with an exercise bike. And technically it’s not mocking the product, just the ad.
