I also do not think it is worthwhile for us to demean each other if the clues are occasionally subject to multiple interpretations. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and answer your question.

Q has stated that he is dealing in information that is classified. He can't come right out with it. That would break various and sundry laws. He has to be coy. The other part is to provide disinformation to the enemy. (If you don't see the deep state and the media as an enemy I can't help you)
