Potassium (K) ion and sodium (Na) ion batteries are a hot (no pun intended) technology to replace lithium ion. Unlike lithium K and Na are abundant. They have to rework the anode to hold the K or Na ions, Na being the harder to do.
The organic polymer cathodes are new to me.

either that, or it means that those batteries were manufactured without the use of artificial or synthetic chemicals, hormones, or fertilizers ...
