I knew Horowitz was a rat hack but it’s even worse than I thought. If ever anyone should have recused themselves it was this punk. Rats never recuse rats never resign.

Any IG NOT doing that job should be subject to FRAUD and a jail sentence! ...not just dismissed.....It appears to me IG’s are just another a layer of protection for the Swamp!
Jail a few and get rid of them..save billions!

I remember reading, when this whole thing started, that Horowitz was appointed by Obama but had become discouraged with O’s interference with his efforts “to investigate”. Many thought on the Right that H was going to be “fair”
