I was thinking that a reason for the meme might possibly be a more recent fire that hit Malibu in August 2019. The reason that stuck in my mind, was because people criticized Pelosi for caring more for getting POTUS than concern for her state’s various burning problems, not to mention the poop in her district.
That idea is not mutually exclusive with a photo from a previous Malibu fire—Malibu seems to have a lot of problems that hit the news.
And I do recall Q made the point that getting Federal Emergency funding was a sneaky way for California to prop up it’s budget deficits—which they cut expenses by cutting back on preventative measures. Never ending cycle for the commies/crooks running things.
