A few weeks ago Laura Ingraham told him that they’d gotten lots of complaints about his self promotion on her show time and he seemed to pull back but it didn’t last long.

Can’t stand her, either. She also interrupts her guests. And, when she has on 2 guests of opposing views, instead of having them debate between the two of them, she jumps into the battle against one of them.
Now, we all know what Megan Kelly really is, but I must say that she was on her Fox show an excellent interviewer. She asked tough questions, politely waited for the interviewee to answer, and doggedly pursued him if he did not really answer the question. Such a waste of talent now.
