This is a sad day. Inevitable was Impeachment, of course, but that Trump is suffering under Articles of Impeachment still hurts, for his sake.
If the damn D will ever Drop, soon enough, then maybe *17* Democrats will sink the vote, for any House impeachment to succeed.
The Calendar is now razor thin.
It may even stop Hillary dead in her tracks harping about the Nomination, where she expects it at convention.
She sure as heck can’t anymore hike around the country in a real campaign, Coughing, but has to SIT through appearances in ALL venues,
now. (With a pillow behind her nether region.)
I’ve been setting up these scenarios for months.
As long as the RATs hold the House:
- Send 1 article of impeachment at a time to a Repub controlled Senate. They trial it. If not guilty, send the next article...wash\rinse repeat. Nothing stops them from doing it (See Al Green today)
To a RAT controlled Senate...
- Send 100 send articles over all at once (Alcee Hastings had, I think, 17 articles)
Now if the Senate doesn’t convict and the next election turns the House Repub - (there are no House Bill #s or Senate Bills #s attached -there was a House Resolution and a House Report for Pres. Clinton.)
- Do Articles of Impeachment survive the end of the 116th Congress ?
If so,
- Can a Repub House recall the Articles ?
- We better be sure to keep the senate
