Dan Bongino, who has some great sources, has been posing the question for weeks: who REALLY wrote the Steele Dossier? On Friday, he disclosed that it’s possible Stefan Halper wrote or was contributing to it. Dan is also now posing the question: was Halper ‘double dipping’? Being paid by American taxpayers for work & also being paid by others? Was the former head of the SVR (Russian intel) feeding info to a US spy (known to law enforcement & intel community), who is feeding it to another foreign national, who is feeding it to the FBI to spy on Trump?
