A package marked “highly contagious human substance” arrived at the North Bend Theater in North Bend, Washington, according to Eastside Professional Firefighters, who responded.
Authorities evacuated the theater and closed nearby streets, CNN affiliate KOMO reported. The manager was also taken to the hospital as a precaution.
About an hour after the theater was cleared out, the substance was determined to be urine samples and was disposed.

Even if it was something as bad as tubes of the ebola virus, as long as nothing bad happened, the feds would lie to the serfs and call them tubes of urine... Therefore, no harm, no fowl...
hope whoever sent this urine gets explosive diarrhea while stuck in traffic, while suffering frequent sneezes

Wrong address. Instead of North Bend, Washington, it was supposed to go to South Bend, Indiana.
It takes something like Ebola, or at least the world’s worst STD or UTI to make urine infectious.
Any box I see that says “clinic” or medical” or “biological” doesn’t get opened. But it’s safe to go through ordinary shipping and it’s safe to sit there until it gets picked up again.
Why are hazardous items shipped in the mail especially when packages are always getting damaged or tossed out of the truck willy nilly at the supposed address for who knows who or pet picks it up or signs for it? Anything that needs to have such warnings should be hand delivered and that doesn’t mean some random delivery boy on his bike zig zagging through traffic.
You are obviously either experienced in handling medical items or ill n the medical field yourself. This man was neither, so he may have opened the box not knowing it’s contents.
Hazardous materials have to be shipped somehow. And the shipping companies are typically pretty careful about how they handle hazardous items. In my experience, all hazardous materials are delivered to a central location at the receiving facility, where they are logged and distributed to those who are expecting them.
I do not know what happened here—inexperienced delivery driver, maybe—but I’m willing to bet that someone is disciplined or fired over this.
