Did she pull the “You are only arresting me because Im a woman of color”
Let me guess, Obama holdover?
Do they still make Camaros?
Huh?
> ...telling her boyfriend not to submit to the alcohol test, police said. <
Thats actually pretty good advice. Maybe you have the muscle control of a gymnast. But if not, if the cops want you to fail one of those stand-on-one-leg field tests, youre gonna fail.
Id ask for the breathalyzer every time. And Id ask for it confidently. Because I dont drink and drive. Ever. Well, not since I was 20, anyway.
A frikin’ U S Attorney? Mouthing iff? Interfering? Geez, IQ’s are dropping.
Screaming racism.
She ignored police direction, appeared drunk, interfered with her boyfriend’s alleged drunk driving test and was an overall a$$clown.
She’s from the DC US Attorney’s Office.
As Greg Gutfeld might say, “I hate these people.”
Could afford a night on the town but not $4 for an UBER? MORON.
OK, I don’t know the price of an Uber in NYC but in D.C., you can get anywhere in that city for $3-$4 each way using Uber. A $400 taxi bill is a bargain compared to a DUI.
Is this one of the NY US government attorneys trying to bust Trump’s chops?
Does you know who I be?
Manhattan is tough enough driving when you are sober.
I can’t even imagine trying to drive drunk there.
You should see Memphis. Government plates in the fire lane of every grocery store. Always black female too. I have to be fair. The kicker is when they are in uniform and pay with an EBT card. They have truly made the grasp of the brass ring at that point. Disgusting.
Let’s see if she takes as much heat as actress Reece Witherspoon.
Course, we know she won’t.
I’m pretty sure NYPD have cameras on there shirts. It will all be seen on CNN at every airport very soon.
LOL. My first thought too.
"Officer, I wouldn't argue with him if I were you, he can get pretty mean when he's been drinking."
But not drinking doesn't mean there won't be problems. When I lived in Arizona, I visited a friend who was a heavy drinker. We left his place to go to a party but he wanted to stop at a local bar he frequented to get a drink first. We each were driving our own cars.
After he had his drink (I had a soda pop), we left the bar to meet up at the party. A police officer pulled me over right away upon leaving the bar but not my friend. It took me over 45 minutes to convince the cop that I hadn't been drinking just because I was in the bar.
I passed the both the Breathalyzer and the walking-the-line test, but he still didn't believe me because he stopped me leaving the bar. He was certain I had been drinking.
Finally, I suggested we go back to the bar and talk to the bartender. He agreed and drove me the block back to talk to the bartender. He confirmed that I had ordered a Diet Pepsi to drink. The cop finally gave up and drove me back to my truck and told me I could go.
But what a hassle. And I didn't have a drop of alcohol to drink.
Justice.
