US attorney Bianca Forde arrested during drunk driving stop in NYC
An assistant US attorney found herself on the other side of the law early Saturday in Hells Kitchen when she was busted for allegedly interfering with cops grilling her boyfriend during a drunk driving stop, police and sources told The Post.
Bianca Forde was in the passenger seat of a Chevy Camaro when cops pulled the car over at the intersection of 11th Ave and W. 40th St in Hells Kitchen at about 12:15 a.m. and attempted to administer an intoxication field test to her boyfriend, who was behind the wheel, police said.

Does you know who I be?
Manhattan is tough enough driving when you are sober.
I can’t even imagine trying to drive drunk there.
Challenger too big.
Camaro too hard to see out.
Mustang just right.
You should see Memphis. Government plates in the fire lane of every grocery store. Always black female too. I have to be fair. The kicker is when they are in uniform and pay with an EBT card. They have truly made the grasp of the brass ring at that point. Disgusting.
Yeah, they demonstrate it and say, “See how easy it is? Even my derpy self can do it!” Sure, because they practice it all the time. Besides, they’ll just lie and say that you technically did it but were all shaky or something.
One time in college, I walked into a bar & grill with a friend expecting to eat dinner and have at max two beers. With food over about 90 minutes, should be fine. We just sat down when a couple of good buddies said, “Hey, party at my house! About a dozen of us. Bring a cube of beer and we’ll order the pizza.” That’s perfect, he lives a 1/4 mile away from me so I won’t even have to consider driving home after. I had a beer in my hand, first of the night, and had drunk about 4 ounces out of it. I took another good swig, probably another 4 ounces, and left the rest at the table.
Heading over to a convenience store, a cop pulled me over for “taking a wide right turn” (whatever that is) and asked me how much I’d had to drink. I explained truthfully my whole situation, I’d had less than a beer, about 8 oz. and I’m sure my breath reeks because it was literally 2 minutes ago. He has me get out of the car to test me. I agreed for sh**s & grins because I had so little. He didn’t have his breathalyzer and was all pissed off about that. It wound up I had 3 cops around me, including his old supervising sergeant that was about 50 years old. There must be a rule that the cop who does the initial stop has to breathalyze you with the one issued to them because no other cop offered up their breathalyzer and I never even saw one on that stop. I failed the stand with your leg out test because he said I was “shaky”. BS, 90% of the population can’t do that one.
The one where they really get you is the follow the pen with just your eyes test. I passed that with flying colors and he kept testing me again and again and again. The cop that pulled me over wanted to run me in anyway, saying that I was slurring and red-eyed. The old sergeant got pissy with him and said, “This guy is fine, we’re done here. Let’s get the HELL out of here.” I was lucky because the rookie really wanted to haul me in. That’s the closest I’d been to getting run in and that was 25 years ago. In the last 15 years I drink about a case a beer a year.
Yes and they are bad ass
Let’s see if she takes as much heat as actress Reece Witherspoon.
Course, we know she won’t.
Are the NYP so dumb, she is one of the Democrat elite, they have immunity to laws written for the deplorable’s. hasn’t Mayor Numb-Nuts explained that too his police force.
I’m pretty sure NYPD have cameras on there shirts. It will all be seen on CNN at every airport very soon.
You are not going to consider the new Mustang MACH E?
Still driving my 03Mach 1. Goes to my younger son when I die. Hopefully I am not in it when I die.
There ya go! ;)
LOL. My first thought too.
The thug life is main stream. Black priviledge
Thats actually pretty good advice. Maybe you have the muscle control of a gymnast. But if not, if the cops want you to fail one of those stand-on-one-leg field tests, youre gonna fail.
Id ask for the breathalyzer every time. And Id ask for it confidently. Because I dont drink and drive. Ever. Well, not since I was 20, anyway.
I read that he eventually took the test and passed it.
"Officer, I wouldn't argue with him if I were you, he can get pretty mean when he's been drinking."
She wasn’t driving.
Again.
