While baby mama Roberts is said to agree that a Protective Order is appropriate, she has so far refused to fully commit to the current terms demanded by Biden
Roberts is suing Biden for $11K in legal fees as well as child support payments
Biden is also requesting an upcoming December 2 hearing be delayed until a decision on the Protective Order is made The former Ukraine energy executive goes on to admit he has incurred 'significant debts' partially caused by his April 2017 divorce to ex-wife Kathleen Biden
He left his first wife Kathleen — the mother of his three daughters — in 2016 after 22 years of marriage and moved in with Hallie Biden, the widow of his elder brother Beau, who died from brain cancer the previous year.
In the divorce, his wife claimed he had spent 'extravagantly on his own interests (including drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs and gifts for women with whom he has sexual relations), while leaving the family with no funds to pay legitimate bills.'
Biden, an attorney with offices in Washington, DC, told the court he is unemployed and has had no monthly income since May 2019, split with Hallie earlier this year and on May 16 he married 32-year-old South African Melissa Cohen, whom he had only known for ten days. She had been living with a boyfriend up until April.
He would have been dating his sister-in-law when Roberts got pregnant in late 2017.
His business ties to various Ukrainian oligarchs have also garnered bad publicity for his father's presidential campaign.

AFAIK, Beau Biden was respectable. Sad for Biden that he lost ‘the good son’. Hunter Biden has sown the wind and will reap the whirlwind, BUT ONLY IF LAWS MEAN ANYTHING.

I don’t know what he’s worried about. Obama has made open corruption mainstream for Democrats. The media will suppress and spin it to protect the protected class so long as they have the right letter after their name.
Unless there’s something to be ashamed of (illegally gotten gains, or incredibly stupid and wasteful spending) he’s got nothing to worry about. If he’s worked hard, saved money, invested smartly and has received the just desserts of that, good for him.
