How timely.
Fox News host Pete Hegseth mocked Democrat presidential candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s slumping poll numbers and called her “Pocahontas” during the “Fox & Friends” Thanksgiving episode.
During the segment about a poll that showed Warren’s support at 14%, Hegseth criticized the senator for saying the polls were not concerning.
"It's always what politicians say when they're losing. Don't follow the polls, it doesn't matter," the host asserted.
"I just love how optimistic she was. You've dropped actually in half from where you were before," guest host Dean Cain said. "That's bad news."
“It’s Thanksgiving so it’s only fitting we got a little Pocahontas in there right at the end,” Hegseth added. “Her poll numbers aren’t doing so great. We’re going to move on to the parade.”

The term is actually Fauxahontos. The dig is not nearly as good if you miss that.
Fairly mild, the more common name in use is Fauxcahontas.

Pete seems like a good enough guy. We need some younger people on the conservative Benches. However there was one little joke Pete made in February of this year that he maybe should not have said on the air;
Feb. 10 2019: Pete Hegseth says he has not washed his hands n 10 years!”Germs are not a real thing. I cannot see them, therefore, they are not real. I inoculate myself.”
The very next day, Feb. 11 2019, Hegseth said he was “Only joking”, but to some (not all) , the damage had already been done. There will always be that lingering doubt about his hygiene. At one point, he was being considered by the Trump Administration to replace David Shulkin as the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA).

I appreciate their ragging on her. She deserves it. But I think Fauxcahontas is much better. It spotlights her lying 1,024 indian DNA ruse.....and leaves alone the real Pocahontas, a perfectly honorable Native American lady, who married John Rolfe and became a Christian.
She could also be called MinniHAHA!
