4 out of what 1.3 billion? Not that worried. Plague never got wiped out, people like to believe it was, but it wasn’t. Plague zones are everywhere, including right here in America.

1. This is China. China doesn’t report anything that might be embarrassing to China.
2. This is in the rural area of China. Much of the rural area of China is isolated villages with little to no communication to the rest of the world. Entire villages could be wiped out by the airborne plague and it’d be a while before anyone found out.
