People moved a lot more back in the 80’s, outside the gym. No hours on social media or online shopping. I think that makes a big difference.

Teenagers are spending at least 7 hours a day on their phones.

They used to scream about my generation watching TV.

I think its the increase in carb intake and sugars in general.

Even around town people can’t even manage to walk a few blocks, they have to be on those god-forsaken scooters.

Also, home wasn’t filled with the easy distraction of 2000 channels and unlimited entertainment options from the internet.

Lots of time was spent outdoors exercising, because what else did you have to do?
