I do not want to eat any food from China.

Once inside the animal, the eggs hatch in the intestine and migrate to the muscle where it develops into cysticerci, which can survive for several years. This infects humans when they eat contaminated raw or undercooked beef or pork, according to the CDC. But, for some stupid reason, we aren't allowed to know the country of origin of a lot of meat.

"That’s why God said no to pork." There are also tapeworms in beef, and these can grow to 10 meters in length in the human intestinal tract - although beef tapeworm (taenia saginata) usually doesn't cause significant symptoms or disease.

I diagnosed a 26 year old man in Alaska with trichinosis from eating undercooked bear meat in the 1980’s. He damn near died and lost about 100 lbs of muscle after he recovered. Trichinosis is found in pork, bears, and walrus so MAKE SURE your walrus burger is well done!
