Breaking property or killing people under normal circumstances but it is justified and legal under certain conditions to protect legal relationships of higher order.
You said unauthorised access to a computer is an offence punished by a fine of $5000.
Don’t you think the right of the citizens to know about the illegal corrupt activities hidden in these computers is MUCH MORE valuable?
You mix it up read the text again: “where the value of the information obtained exceeded $5,000”
Oh, thank you.:) It doesn’t change the idea though.
People has a right to know. That’s above the $5000 worth of Democrat privacy:)
There is no reason to rely on the Dutch for information about the Clinton bathroom server, the American intelligence agencies have already “investigated” and found no tampering...despite evidence the server was improperly secured and relaying data out of the country.
The notion that Russian intelligence would target the DNC server and not the insecure Clinton State Dept. bathroom server remains absurd, as does the notion that the Dutch not the Americans were watching them operate inside the US.
-btw is this the same Dutch Intel agency involved in the Mh17 shoot down investigation? They cooked the books on that as well....Just ask the Malaysians
