Thanx. I need to upgrade my moms laptop and I keep putting it off. I should have taken the free download when they were offering it. Picture doing maintenance on a laptop with a 97 year old lady looking over your shoulder. 😆

LOL!! My mom is 95. Similar situation.
But Im lucky, my mom has been a computer jockey since 1990 when I got her a Compuserve account so we could email each other. Shes still very active on Facebook and email.

I read a while back that free upgrades of Windows 10 from earlier versions is still available for those physically impaired, needing assistance with vision or hearing.
If you do a web search, you may be able to find the link. There is no difference in the Windows version itself. It's just that Windows 10 has new, disability assistance features built in that Win7 or Win8 doesn't have.
