My son and I recently built me a new PC. We did it all in less than a day and that includes buying the parts.

We ‘ported’ over my Win10 license from my old PC because I wanted the OS to be on an SSD drive.

Not absolutely free, but licenses for just about every MS OS are available on Ebay for ~$5. People are probably breaking licenses out of a volume license pack and selling them. Probably not what their license allows, but [shrug]
