What was the purpose of the letter to Senator Graham, really? To create a formal request trail, by the president’s personal attorney, or why Giuliani?
Graham already knows all this, it’s been in the conservative news for maybe weeks, right? Graham has come pretty close to saying much of the same already, himself.
Maybe Giuliani is angling to be CALLED as a witness!

While all the backstabbing sissies from the DOS where conducting a circular firing squad earlier this week, the one thing they all had in common was there disdain for Rudy.
IMO, Rudy is getting his digs in that there really does need to be and "investigation of Biden", regardless if he's a candidate or not and whether the "professional" bureaucrats think it proper or not.
