The discussion I'm in centers around whether or not this applies to anywhere in the US, as schools are starting to have In School Health Clinics AND Vaccine Buses in the parking lot. Not to mention school nurses giving vaccine shots, too. Can't give a kid an aspirin but can give them the HPV vaccine :/
I've been trying to find out if any US government or medical association follows or IS OBLIGED to follow these decrees (or any decree) from the WHO.
As the US did not sign the 1989 UN/WHO Convention on the Rights of the Child I am under the impression that our government only sends them our tax dollars but that all these decrees from the WHO only pertain to poor countries where Bill Gates has free reign over vaccine programs.
IF I have made asked my question in an understandable way, does anyone know the answer?
IS the US under the directive of the WHO? I think not but can't find anything to back up my assertion.
Thanks my FRiends. <3
I woke up in a Soho doorway
A policeman knew my name
He said, “You can go sleep at home tonight
If you can get up and walk away.”
I staggered back to the underground
And the breeze blew back my hair
I remember throwin’ punches around
And preachin’ from my chair
Well, who are you?
(Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)
I really wanna know
(Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)
Tell me, who are you?
(Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)
‘Cause I really wanna know
(Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)
Short answer—no.
Long answer—the companies that manufacture vaccines have major influence over the WHO, the AMA, government regulatory bodies, and government legislative bodies.
Those companies are in business to make money by selling vaccines, and they would love to make them mandatory everywhere.
They use bribes of various kinds to influence these groups.
In some cases the vaccines are net positives, in other cases they are net negatives, but in all cases the companies and the organizations pushing the vaccines are total dirtbags.
WHO guidelines have no force of law in the US.
The US is a party by treaty to the vaccine component of the WHO International Health Regulations (IHR), but the only vaccine covered at present by the IHR is Yellow Fever. It is conceivable that a future emergency with a vaccine-preventable disease (smallpox is the classic example) could come under the IHR, but long before it did the USPHS through the CDC would be issuing binding regulations for the US.
At present, rules about consent and informed consent for vaccination are State matters. The CDC has the authority to regulate under certain conditions, but since at least the 1990s they prefer to advise rather than to regulate.
Now, going against their advice is difficult, particularly under stress, but in 2009 New Hampshire did not adopt the CDC respiratory protection guidance for dealing with H1N1 influenza because it was not based in science, and NH took a more relaxed approach which has turned out to be correct. In 2014 my organization adopted (happily) a much more stringent approach to potential Ebola exposures which the CDC adopted about six weeks later after the Dallas incident.
Hope that helps.
Oh, and the AMA does not regulate or issue guidance about any of these matters.
The AMA is a lobbying and business services organization. About 15% of US physicians are members (although they send all of us a dues invoice every year).
I have been practicing for 45 years and I have had no interactions, professional or otherwise, with the AMA and I don’t know (and have never met) another doctor who would take guidance from the AMA on anything except possibly group insurannce.
