We will have remote fighter planes, Remote Tanks, Robotic satellites, our military will be in a bunker somewhere monitoring the battle...

I can agree. There’s no reason those with Mexican heritage can’t be good Americans just like those with Italian, British, Spanish, etc. heritage. There are bad seeds/eggs in every group.

The problem with a melting pot nation is it’s easy to hide for enemy cells living in plain sight. I’d be more concerned with the Muslims than anyone else.

A WWIII could be seriously bad news for America in many ways. China is my biggest foreign country concern at the moment. They are unpredictable and very set in their communist/hybrid/totalitarian ways. Hong Kong is in deep Kimchi.

"New technologies enable Russia and China to destroy U.S. bases and logistics networks—including those on the homeland."

And, with the same probality: "If the moon was made of cheese, we could manufacture solar-system-sized pizza"...

Here's our two main communist enemies sitting there watching (for the past 6-decades) the U.S. slide further and further into communist tyranny (under the cover-name: "socialism")

45% of the population (based on the 2016 voting results) are died-in-the-wool communists already... What on Earth could possibly induce either China or Russia to destroy property that is gradually being handed to them free and clear...

Be like being the sole inheritor for someone whose house is full of art treasure that you want...So you burn the house to the ground while that someone is already on their deathbed...

The ONLY way China or Russia could project power onto the Continental US is with missiles visiting students and professors.

Ha!
I’m sure there’s a robust chain of command for our nuke forces.
But your comment made me think of some 2 louie somewhere at the bottom of that chain with no idea of what he could be in for... LOL!

It also seems to me that recent reporting indicate that there are a number of super weapons either available or soon will be available in the military inventory. That plus the use of drones, and the potential use of robots indicate an immediate need for a reevaluation of warfare.

The 15 nuke blast radius effect would turn them to sand and maybe to glass. That wouldn’t buff out.

Sure it would. They still have original bridges and the church at Hiroshima. And if not, meh, it’s worth it.

Hiroshima and Nagasaki were butterfly farts-in-the-wind, compared to the payloads of today. The surviving bridges and church silhouette were freakish - I remember the pics - exceptions to a nuke blast. Amazing that any structure survived there, since the Japanese were no Romans, Egyptians or Greeks in their construction prowess.
