Whatever.
It’s useful to post some kind of source when repeating any kind of news; if too busy to search, then maybe saying something like “I read on twitter/heard on the radio/but not sure of source”.
Sources always help, even if hints or “i heard on Fox/Rush Limbaugh/saw on someone’s newspaper on the bus” etc.
Nice post.
I was watching this fiasco today while getting the oil changed in my car. The ambassador was really squirming when the Republican lawyer was asking the questions. He must have gone to the sippy cup a dozen times.
Seriously?! I asked you reasonably to provide a source, and I get this snarky retort?
Ever write a term paper in college? You provide source for your information or you fail.
With all due respect, I don’t need to do my own diligence because I did not post an unsourced statement. Until it is sourced, the custom around FR is to regard as rumor/fake news.
BTW:
1. When I post a comment as fact (versus an opinion), I source it with a link or at least give a hat-tip to the source.
2. Regarding your crack at me...Actually, I just did “do my own due diligence for the details”...
You are incorrect in your comment.
You said “Pompeo is resigning” Well that is not true. There is no official statement from him or letter provided that I could find...
I did find rumors that he is planning to resign on fake news and questionable sites. Wishful thinking on their part? Who knows? But you said he IS resigning, and that is not true.
Again, ever do a term paper? Get the facts right and provide a source before posting.
