He doesn’t want to play in the NFL, he wants to be a race pimp in the racism industry.
The morning radio guys (one who does sports) maintains that hes better than many of the second-string QBs out there now, but not good enough to be a starter especially after the years off hes had. And he killed any chance at a comeback with this little stunt of his. Someone might have approached him (emphasis on might) despite how toxic he is If here really that hard up right now, but he blew it.
He doesnt want a job. He wants a cause. Its worth more and will last longer.
Yep, and at some point the NFL will man up and stop letting Kaepernick continue to beat them up over their lunch money.
This was a publicity stunt through and through and it could not have happened unless the NFL allowed itself to be pulled around through the nose. The tail wagging the dog.
Like I said the other day - if he actually signs a contract with a team, he has to immediately shut up. And that would put Kaepernick & Co., Agent Provocateurs out of business immediately. :)
His shirt said it all,” Look at me I’m a Kunta.”
Yes, but in the minds of his Black Live Matter supporters, the players run the NFL - and the owners are just a bunch of "racist white dudes" who manage the paperwork and don't get it. Look at the withering criticism Stephen A. Smith got on Twitter for pointing out the obvious - Kaepernick doesn't want to play - he wants to keep the profitable controversy alive.
Wow.
To be honest I don’t even know what a good starting quarterback gets these days.
But he was neither towards the end
He might be able to handle a job as a hot dog vendor throwing hot dogs up into the stands but not sure that would work out if he kneels all the time.
I watched the owner of the Cubs try selling hot dogs on Undercover Boss. It was a very tough sale. So he threw the remaining hot dogs in the trash and paid for them himself. When he was caught, he actually lied about it. Kap wouldn’t probably fail selling hot dogs, too.
His real problem is that he’s soft and can’t take a hit. Rest is Kabuki. I do thank him for freeing up my life, there are so many things to do now instead of watching football.
*would probably fail
NFL teams will put up with a lot of PR heat if the payoff on the field is worth it. Ray Lewis proved that. He killed a guy in the off-season, then led his team to a Super Bowl the following year.
The potential for locker room drama alone will keep him unemployed. Who needs more trouble?
ROTFL!
He could be a mascot, if there was a pro team called the Clowns.
