I don't think so. The White House kitchen is under some of the strictest security anywhere. Besides it is much easier and more accurate to run a test by mechanical means then to have a food taster.

Believe what you like but it is easier to detect it by chemical and mechanical means then feed it to someone and wait to see if they fall over and die.
Since many current poisons have a day or two delay period a food taster is worst then useless.
