I don’t know how they define “quid pro quo” as bribery. IIRC from Latin, I think it means “this for that”. So if Skippy hands you a bag with a burger and fries, and you hand Skippy a $5 bill, it’s “quid pro quo”.

In my ethics and anti-sexual harassment training, they tell us that quid pro quo involves an element of coercion in conjunction with unethical behavior. The simplest example would be a boss who tells a subordinate that she will get a raise if she sleeps with him.

There are not many democrats who expect a good outcome in the 2020 presidential election.
Reality is that, there are not any democrats who would bet their shirts/blouses off their backs that Trump would lose.
Only way for them to ‘beat’ Trump is to make sure he’s not running in 2020. Hence, their only hope is impeachment followed by removal. I’d bet that even there, there aren’t any democrats hopeful for such an outcome. They are completely hopeless and desperate, and would do anything to be rid of Trump. Desperate people do desperate things.
Patriots are not about to forget eight long years of oppression under the boot of lawless Obama and corrupt Congress.
2020 will be disastrous for Democrats, all anyone has to do is look at the field of candidates.
