***AG Barr’s speech is largely about judicial activism***

AG Barr has made noise about putting a stop to these obscure tyrant judges seizing so much (unconstitutional) power. I hope he can follow through on that mission.

Let's face it: if some district judge in Horse Hollow, Wyoming, can make rulings for the whole country -- then why have a Supreme Court? Let poor RBG retire to the Dry Tortugas.

Agree.

Corrupt judiciary was a drum I was beating long, long before Trump. If the judges are corrupt, it doesn’t much matter what the President and Congress do. We still have unequal “justice” which is to say no justice at all.

There must be a solution to judicial activism - judges having (or being allowed to have???) more power than is given them in the Constitution. I did not hear Barr give a solution in his speech. I assume solutions will be sprung before being discussed for the enemy to hear.
