Yup. On her show Dr. Laura always tells women in that situation there should be NO men or dating till their kids turn 18. Statistically the replacement men in those relationships have a high risk of being abusers.
And the statistics don’t lie, Especially in the projects.
I think good step parents are the BEST among us.
They treat another person’s child like their own.
most can’t do it and may feel a certain way because the child is not theirs.
