Look people. After 10 seasons, all the Zombies would have rotted away. There’s no way a Zombie apocalypse could go on for this long.
I once told my teenage daughter, a big fan of “Walking Dead,” that zombies are a biological dead-end: They can’t reproduce themselves, and logically, they must be subject to the same biological diseases and limitations as regular humans, probably more so given their greatly limited intellectual capacity. They would likely exterminate themselves within several months.
She said I ruined it for her, and she stopped watching it.
I stopped watching it after 3 seasons for the same reason. meat rots quick. Especailly in the georgia heat. And why in the hell weren’t they driving ferrarri’s and lambos? at least a cherry 67 vette? Did they ever drive a humvee? Did they ever find a pilot and try and do aerial surveys? What did they have to lose? Gas goes bad after a year anywho.
I was under the impression that the Zombie disease will never run its course unless every human left on the planet dies off,turn into the Walking Dead and then its over. I would have to think there are those who are totally immune in the first place.

Just in case you did not know...
It is just a story.
It is not meant to be real.
Get a clue.
In the earlier shows I thought they didn't do enough to show that technology would fall apart pretty quickly. But in the new shows, the gas is gone and they are walking and riding horseback now. They are doing the things that I thought they should be doing seasons ago, so I am less irritated now.

I watch to see the human interactions in a horrible situation.
Want to see the negatives but also the positives. Not much positive lately.
It's like wicca. The whole mythology was invented by George Romero in 1968. Before that, zombies weren't after brains to eat. They were just milling around not dead and not alive.
But after all, it is just a story. It's a way of making a variety of stories possible and interesting. And at least they (finally) realized that gasoline goes bad eventually.
