The Chad Morris era at Arkansas has come to an end. Morris was fired by the university on Sunday, a day after the Razorbacks were blown out at home, 45-19, by Western Kentucky. The loss was the seventh straight for the Razorbacks, who are in the midst of a second miserable season under Morris.

Next time you know hire coaches that actually have winning records...
Mike Leach might be perfect for out of middle of nowhere Fayetteville.
Looking back the high water mark of Hogs football was the moment before Bobby Petrino crashed his motorcycle.
I can remember when the Razorbacks were a real powerhouse.
Who cares?
They were winners with Frank Broyles and Lou Holtz.
I think the Clintons were part of the reason that Holtz left.
What about Frank Broyles and Lou Holtz?!
If a SEC team , especially one with a rabid fan base like Arkansas, manages to get hammered by Wstern Kentucky, coach as well as AD need to be fired. The coach for losing, the AD for hiring him in the first place.
Attention, UConn, Chad Morris is available...
I miss Petrino. Gus Malzahn, Urban Meyer, Mike Leach are all better coaches than Morris. His defensive coach seemed to regress the players not make them better. 33 players have left or de-committed due to Morris. we can’t afford to lose anymore. A new coach and CJ O’Grady would probably return.
Morris was a Jerry Jones hire, after Morris did a pretty good job at SMU. Arkansas needs to leave the SEC for the remnants of the old SWC, the Big 12; then they could recruit Texas kids and maybe compete again. Of course it all comes down to money, and until Texas agrees to make the Longhorn network the Big 12 network and share the money, no decent school is going to join the Big 12
The 1969 Razorbacks were the #7 team in the country and played in the “game of the Century” against #1 Texas - Broyles verses Darrell Royal - Nixon was at the game.
Arkansas should hire Hugh Freeze - he would at least win games.
I thought Frank Broyles was still in charge of Athletics there.
Problem solved.
We’d be glad to ship you Dave “Duh” Doeren.
He’d win a dozen games in his first 4 or 5 years.
He’s a real defensive mastermind I tell you.
Ken Hatfield had the highest winning percentage, 84-89.
55-17-1
I do, it’s my alma mater.
What a dumpster fire Arkansas is.
IMHO, they belong in the Big 12, not the SEC.
NO, he’s scun and a backstabbing egotist.
