So sorry that you have lost a good buddy.
We all lost a dedicated American. Worth a thousand times more to our country than most of the millennial crap I see in the streets of DC, no. Virginia. At least we have my son, combat vet, 3rd ID, Iraq, and son-in-law, 4th Marine Div., Iraq. The new generation of American guardians. RIP, 2nd Div. Soldier.
Thank you.
He was a good buddy.
It took years of posting back and forth before I really got to know him.
He was a proud guy and it took a long time to get past the soldier and to the man.
Once that happened, he had Incredible stories to share and I saw the lighter hearted side of him.
That was only in the past year maybe.
His dry quips were VERY funny and I would laugh out loud many times. :)
I will miss him very much.
on odd age we live in that you can feel so bad about someone you’ve never seen or heard.
But words can be a powerful way to communicate.
God Bless You Vet.
