Property taxes are about $79,000 per year — which is actually down from about $82,000 a few years ago. I suspect they filed a tax appeal based on the diminished value.

Kind of remarkable that most American families couldn’t afford to live there even if you sold them the house for $1.

I guessed 6k per month. 79k is 6.5. Pretty close

And as all those houses lose value, the corrupt government will keep raising rates to make up the difference.
