Wouldn’t the IT staff know who DL’d the clip or forwarded it?
Most likely but she did say it was the talk throughout the company that day, so I imagine employees were sharing it with each other. That might make it tough to narrow down.

I don’t know your acronyms from a hair brush, but the Interview shows the girl who made the clip of Amy, telling Megan that the editorial room was full of those who viewed her clip and that some were taking video of the clip, presumably for “company gossip” and chortling, because clips were made all the time.
The manager himself could be highly suspect, since the girl informed him immediately of the open mic situation and of what Amy Rohsbach had just said. Manager told her that “Amy knows she’s on an open mic”. Yeah, right..
She was doing promos for affiliate stations, so they were recording her at many stations around the country while she was jabbering. Clip could have come from anywhere.
