A boy was killed not far from my neighborhood by two Danes (about ten years ago.) And here, at the time, I had a purebred rotttweiler who was the goofiest good will ambassador for her breed.
There were freepers who said my dog was a stone cold killer at the time.
A lot of people don’t like Rottweilers. I didn’t for a long time. But over time, I have come to see them in a bit of a different light. I have seen that some of them seem to have a degree of entertaining goofiness to them that Boxers sometimes display.
I am still wary around them. I think they are too strong and powerful not to give them that respect if you don’t know them well.

A lot of Freepers mean well but they well....are lacking
I’m sure most would think that my 200+ pound Cane Corso is also a man-eater. His tail wags like a cocker spaniel and he has a such a lovable soft face.
