At 78 calories each, that’s about 4000 calories - peanuts compared to the typical amounts of food consumed in a Golden Corral.

Speaking of buffets, (literary license, here), there's a nice little restaurant with a buffet in Bethany,Missouri. Saturday night it's prime rib and seafood. No crab legs, though. 😞 We also went there on a Tuesday. Taco bar, and regular buffet. Always has fried chicken, pit ham, and shrimp and fish. It's called Toot Toot's Restaurant and Lounge. Home made cobblers. Nice salad selection.
