I’ve seen it too often. Since this “Dr.” has now made this statement the worst snow storms in history will hit the U.K. BIGTIME.

That is a ridiculous statement on its face. A climate pattern can’t become rare in a “few years”. It may become rare FOR a few years, but that’s meaningless too.
