whoa, someone in that tweet noticed Vindman's ribbons were not in the correct order. so, I wonder if there are any Military on FR or this thread who can shed some light if these ribbons legit for him and in correct order?

The ones on his left breast look to be in proper order, I cant speak to the combination of left and right breast. Army puts ribbons all over the place. I was Navy. Most everything on the left breast.
