That is a very rational fear; if illegal immigration/liberal influx flips Texas and/or Florida as it did California, the Ds become a permanent presidential power.
A simple remedy for the illegal alien voting illegally is to not allow anyone that cannot read and speak English the ability to vote. If you show up at the poll and cannot demonstrate the ability to do both, then no ticklie-no laundry.
