It’s what I’ve suspected all along.

Mathematicians Solve 'Twin Prime Conjecture' In an Alternate Universe
No they don't....
IN the latest update, scientists admit the bad news, Sawin said, is that because their trick relies heavily on geometry, it probably won't be possible to use it to prove the twin prime conjecture itself. The underlying mathematics is just too different.

Finite fields?
Is that like a horse pasture?
Nope. Thats filly fields.
Finite fields.
W.C. Fields nephew?
Nope. Thats Phineas Fields.
Odd child.
Had hair like a skunk.
Black with a white stripe.
Dogs would come from miles around to smell his shoes.

there are infinitely many prime pairs All math is in an alternate universe full of infinities both large and small. There are no known infinities in our universe.

Behave a lot like integers
They get that from their parents.
Send em to military school.
Thatll straighten em out.
Those Drill Sergeants will knock that integer behavior right out of them.

There are no known infinities in our universe. The operative word here is known. Do you think an actual infinity would be observable as such? How would you determine that is really was infinite and not just hugely large?

Is that another woman claiming that I broke her heart?
Well, she can get in line and that line goes on all the way to Schenectady.
It would go on past Schenectady, but I think the world ends there.

How would you determine that is really was infinite and not just hugely large? . It would require God-like power merely to observe it.

>> there are infinitely many twin primes, and that you’ll keep encountering them no matter how far down the number line you go. It also states there are infinitely many twin primes, and that you’ll keep encountering them no matter how far down the number line you go. <<
Huh? Twin sentences?

An important discovery, but bad bad bad reporting. I heard of this through more mathematical channels.
Nothing in the math about "alternate universes".
