Any Interest in a Fiber Arts Ping List? (Vanity)

Is there any interest in a separate 'Fiber Arts' thread on FR? It would probably be a monthly thread, and we'd post to it all month, share our projects, yarn/fabric recommendations, etc., as we do weekly for the Garden Thread.

We're finding a lot of over-lap between the Gardening Thread and the Cooking Thread and a few other General/Chat threads posted from time to time. Those of us that like to garden and cook seem to like to sew and craft and knit and crochet, too.

Any takers? Ping me here, or send me (Diana in Wisconsin) a message if you'd care to join us. It'll take a few weeks to get it organized, appoint a Dictator/Moderator For Life, etc. ;)

But first, we'd like to know if there is enough interest to give it a trial run.

We’ve got 18 signed up so far!

I’ll start a monthly Fiber Arts thread on Saturday November 2nd) when I do the Weekly Garden Thread and ping everyone to the post.

I’d do it today, but I have to meet my Dad at three separate appointments, today.

For a guy who has nothing to do all day, he’s incredibly busy! ;)
