To: a little elbow grease
I lived about 4 blocks from school, and I recall running home and watching on our black & white TV (thank god it was working that day!)

Note the game duration time!

Two hours and thirty six minutes! Unreal. All that scoring yet that relatively short game. I think I'll look up the average length of a MLB baseball game from 1960.

I just did ............

***************

The average duration of a game in 1960 was 2 hours and 38 minutes. Almost exactly the same as game 7. Amazing.

A little more World Series game duration stuff for you ...... this was a little difficult to find and do.

*****

Game 1 // 5-4 Nats // 3:43

Game 2 // 12-2 Nats // 4:01

Game 3 // 4-1 Astros // 4:03

Game 4 // 8-1 Astros // 3:48

Game 5 // 7-1 Astros // 3:19

Game 6 // 7-2 Nats // 3:37

******

Damn ....... that was a lot of work.

I FIGURE THAT IS 3 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES PER GAME!

GOD ..... that is too long.
