Let us be good left wing socialists and have them put 90% of their earnings go to pay for others. After all they will be well paid working in the school’s time.

If a school wants their money to be paid back, they can make that a condition of the scholarship. However, a competing school may not demand to be paid back.

Let it be a free market.

Why? People in on academic scholarships are allowed to make money outside the college. What’s wrong with athletes doing the same?

I guarantee this is next. Then school or the NCAA board will grant permission as long as the NCAA gets a 10% cut and the school gets a 15% cut.

Such a scam.
