I have to keep the cell phone near me on the bedstand so it’s really hard to avoid doing that. And for me, the 30 minutes turns into an hour and a half real quick.

An hour and a half is a pretty good chunk of a nights sleep. I’d have to have a pot of coffee to keep me going all day. 😴
