Wyatt said that Trump has no doubt studied Clausowitz as well, and I humbly admit I have not read him, nor Machiavelli, but have read Sun Tzu.
Clearly Trump is using masterful tactics constantly, and his statements and messages are often meant for different audiences, including his (and our) enemies.
