You’re right about the area, There are a ton of Hispanic gangs in area including an MS13 set that is accused of chopping up a fellow student. It like the rest of the San Fernando Valley is controlled by the Democrats

I lived in North Hollywood for a brief period in 1977. It wasn’t too bad then, but Mexican gangbangers were moving in from Pacoima and surrounding areas. I was actually shot at by a Mexican gangbanger while I was at work. I moved not long after. I imagine it is just like Tijuana now.
