In general, if you want to be taken seriously, show as little skin as possible. Look neat and put-together with no flapping clothing. If you don’t have a great figure, (for example, sag) cover it up. If you are fat, wear black. And, if you wear jewelry, make it small. Dangles and bangles look like they belong on an African bushman.
As for deportment, an example of how not to do it is Justin (dress-up-and-dance-like-an-idiot) Trudeau and Beto (skateboarding) O’Rourke. What jokes they are.

I mean.....surely this woman has access to professionals who could pick out flattering clothes? And you are correct, black is classy & can be accesorized. Her husband looks embarrassed.
It’s fun to be catty at times. Plus she’s notorious for being rude to her staff. It’s Friday....game on. She looks atrocious!
I actually like the color of the top/sweater, but I think it’s supposed to be tied at the bottom, with the open-work covering up the clingy part. The pants are not good, the fit & color isn’t flattering, the belt is clunky. They should be navy or black, and well tailored. I’ve seen much worse (Hillary) and boring predictable (Warren’s all-black with “punchy bright” blazer)
