For the third time in two weeks, actress Jane Fonda was arrested while protesting climate change in Washington, DC after vowing to protest 'every Friday'.
But she wasn't alone. Star of NBC's The Good Place, Ted Danson, was also handcuffed during the protest, which took place on the steps of the Capitol.
Photos captured Fonda, 81, dressed in a long red coat, black trousers and black shoes - and in zip-tie handcuffs, raising her hands up as if in triumph.
Meanwhile, Danson, 71, was pictured laughing in the same handcuffs while wearing a grey flat cap, a grey sweater, a grey jacket and blue jeans.
Fonda's arrest marks the third Friday in a row that the actress has clashed with police during a protest in the nation's capitol.

BTW, Dutch Boy, my Mother’s maiden name was Zuiderhoek (I think maybe Suyderhoek in the old country) and her grandfather immigrated from Amsterdam in the latter half of the 19th century.
How many homes do they have? How many vehicles? Do they have sports cars or private jets? Do they have heated pools? Do they travel across the country or the globe on a whim? Do they have air-conditioned stables? Did they walk to Washington?
My bet is these clowns have much more discretionary use of energy, especially fossil fuels, than the average American. I would be hard pressed to reduce my energy use 5% or more. They probably use much more energy for luxuries than I use to survive. Hypocrites.
Talk about White Priv’lege! These two’ll be out of jail in 20 minutes.

For such a small country there sure are a lot of descendents floating atound. If the family stories are correct, I’m 50% Dutch and 0% Cherokee.

Whoopi issued him an “overnight pass” for that event. Even Trudeau can’t top that.
