They screwed up her order and she waited 25 minutes for them to correct their mistake.
Black, white, green, yellow or pink does not matter, I too would be upset.
Granted, I would not throw the food around, or leave my kids in the car but I would make my presence known.
What I would do: get back in my car and park it at the drive up window and let the traffic back up, until I got resolution.
